A typical week
A Typical Week at SPS Technical
No two weeks are exactly the same. Depending on your role and experience, your work may include planned maintenance, installation, fault response, customer support, training and project delivery.
Planned Maintenance
Carrying out scheduled servicing, testing and inspection of commercial fire and security systems.
Installation Projects
Supporting new installations, upgrades, system extensions and equipment replacements across customer sites.
Fault Finding
Investigating technical issues, identifying root causes and completing effective repairs or recommendations.
Customer Communication
Explaining completed work, system condition and any recommended next steps clearly and professionally.
Digital Job Management
Using mobile tools to access job information, record findings, update asset details and complete service documentation.
