Alarm monitoring is routed through a single ARC connection, covering CCTV and intruder response under one agreement. One maintenance provider — fire, CCTV, intruder and access control under a single contract Integration options ## CCTV Integration Options The four most common integrations SPS Technical designs and installs are fire alarm zone linking, intruder alarm trigger recording, access control event association and ARC monitoring connection. Each can be implemented independently or as part of a fully integrated system. ### Fire alarm integration Camera feeds linked to fire alarm activation zones. Footage automatically associated with alarm events for post-incident review. In practice: When zone 3 activates, cameras in that zone are instantly flagged and footage is bookmarked. ### Intruder alarm trigger recording Recording triggered automatically on intruder alarm activation. No gaps in coverage at the moment an alarm is raised. In practice: No gaps in coverage — recording is guaranteed, not scheduled. ### Access control event linking Camera feeds tied to door access events. Entry and exit footage matched to access log entries. In practice: Every credential swipe has a corresponding camera timestamp. ### ARC monitoring connection Single monitoring path through an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). CCTV and intruder response handled under one monitoring agreement. In practice: One monitoring agreement covers CCTV and intruder response — no duplicate contracts.
