Paxton Gold Approved Installer SPS Technical is a Paxton Gold approved installer — the second highest tier in Paxton's partner programme. This means our engineers are trained directly by Paxton, authorised to install and maintain the full Paxton product range, and backed by Paxton's five-year product guarantee on all hardware we supply and install. It also means clients have direct access to Paxton's technical support team through us. The right choice depends on your site, your users and your security requirements. SPS Technical advises on the most appropriate credential type during the site survey and can mix credential types across different areas of the same building. When a fire alarm activates, electric locks must release automatically to allow safe evacuation — this is a requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
