Depending on your role and experience, your work may include planned maintenance, installation, fault response, customer support, training and project delivery. ### Planned Maintenance Carrying out scheduled servicing, testing and inspection of commercial fire and security systems. ### Installation Projects Supporting new installations, upgrades, system extensions and equipment replacements across customer sites. ### Fault Finding Investigating technical issues, identifying root causes and completing effective repairs or recommendations. ### Customer Communication Explaining completed work, system condition and any recommended next steps clearly and professionally. ### Digital Job Management Using mobile tools to access job information, record findings, update asset details and complete service documentation. ### Training and Development Building knowledge through manufacturer training, technical support, formal learning and practical experience. ### Team Collaboration Working with engineers, supervisors, project teams, office support and other SPS Group colleagues. ### Varied Customer Environments Working across commercial, industrial, education, retail and public-sector environments throughout the region.
