Our regional model creates local employment, supports engineer development and gives clients access to teams who understand the area and the sites they support. ### Apprenticeships and skills development Technical services rely on skilled people. We support the development of engineers, apprentices and support staff through training, supervised experience, manufacturer learning, compliance awareness and practical site-based development. ### Extending system life Sustainability is not only about new technology.
